Pinhole

Symptom: point-like micro-voids on the surface after sintering, typically <0.5mm diameter - most visible on high-gloss parts against a mirror background.

• Incomplete debinding (binder not fully decomposed; residual organics burn out during sintering, leaving voids)
• Trapped air (insufficient cavity venting; bubbles sealed into the body during injection)
• Powder agglomeration (localized powder not fully dispersed, leaving voids after sintering)
